All books sold by FeNIIX Publishing are printed on demand. Because each book is custom-made to your order, all sales are final.

 

We only accept returns or offer replacements for books that arrive defective, misprinted, or damaged during shipping. If your order is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@FeNIIXPublishing.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, or minor variations in color or appearance.
