FeNIIX Publishing books and educational materials are available through FeNIIXPublishing.com, where visitors can purchase directly, download curriculum kits, or follow official links to retail partners and IngramSpark Share & Sell checkout pages. All books are print-on-demand (POD) and produced specifically for each customer to reduce waste and ensure quality.
1. Physical Books
Printer & Fulfillment: All print copies are manufactured and shipped by our POD partner IngramSpark.
Where Orders Are Placed:
Through FeNIIXPublishing.com via an IngramSpark Share & Sell link (direct-to-printer checkout).
Or through major retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Bookshop.org, and others in IngramSpark’s retail network.
Processing & Delivery:
Typical U.S. delivery window: 7–14 business days from order. International times vary by destination and local carrier. Tracking numbers are emailed once production and shipment begin.
If Issues Occur (loss, delay, or damage):
Email info@FeNIIXPublishing.com with your order number, name, and any photos or tracking info.
FeNIIX will contact IngramSpark directly to request a replacement or shipment trace. Replacements are provided for books confirmed lost, misprinted, or damaged in transit.
Returns & Refunds:
Because books are printed on demand, all sales are final once production begins. No returns are accepted for buyer’s remorse, wrong item ordered, or normal POD variations in color or trim.
Refunds are issued only if IngramSpark cannot replace a verified defective or lost order.
Minor Print Variations:
Slight color or alignment differences are natural in POD printing and are not considered defects.
2. Digital Downloads & Curriculum Kits
Sold and fulfilled directly by FeNIIX through FeNIIXPublishing.com. Delivered instantly via secure download link and confirmation email. If you do not receive your link within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder. Expired or broken link? Request a new one at info@FeNIIXPublishing.com
(include your order email).
Refunds: Digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. FeNIIX will resend files or replace corrupted links at no cost.
3. Audiobooks
The Secret in Our Genes audiobook is distributed through Findaway Voices and ACX. Stream or purchase from Spotify, Apple Books, Audible, Google Play, and other major platforms.
FeNIIXPublishing.com provides official outbound links for easy access. Questions about playback or platform subscriptions should be directed to the respective retailer.
4. Share & Sell Orders (Direct-to-Printer Checkout)
Share & Sell links on FeNIIXPublishing.com route buyers to a secure IngramSpark checkout page.
Payment is processed through IngramSpark on FeNIIX’s behalf; printing and shipping are handled by IngramSpark.
For shipping issues, loss, or damage: Contact info@FeNIIXPublishing.com with order details.
FeNIIX will coordinate directly with IngramSpark to replace defective or lost items. No returns on Share & Sell orders except for confirmed defects or transit damage.
